وِرد تطبيق لمتابعة الورد اليومي: الأوراد حول الصلوات، والختمات، والأذكار. تشرح هذه الصفحة ما يجمعه التطبيق، ولماذا، وكيف تتحكم فيه.

باختصار

  • التطبيق يعمل من غير حساب، وبياناتك تبقى على جهازك.
  • لو سجّلت الدخول، تُحفظ بياناتك في حسابك لتتزامن بين أجهزتك.
  • لا إعلانات، ولا بيع للبيانات، ولا مشاركتها مع معلنين.
  • موقعك يُستخدم على جهازك فقط لحساب مواقيت الصلاة، ولا يُرسل إلينا.
  • تقدر تحذف حسابك وكل بياناته من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت.

1. بيانات على جهازك فقط

  • الأوراد وسجلّها، والختمات، وأذكارك الخاصة، وترتيب الرئيسية، والإعدادات.
  • صورة الملف الشخصي إن اخترتها: تبقى على الجهاز ولا تُرفع.
  • إحداثيات موقعك التقريبية (إن سمحت بها): تُحفظ على الجهاز لحساب المواقيت.

النسخة الاحتياطية ملف تصدّره أنت وتحفظه أو ترسله حيث تشاء، ولا نستلمه.

2. الحساب (اختياري)

عند تسجيل الدخول بحساب Google (أو Apple على iPhone) نستلم: البريد الإلكتروني، والاسم، ومعرّف المستخدم. الهدف: إنشاء حسابك ومزامنة بياناتك.

ومع الحساب تُحفظ في السحابة: الأوراد وسجلّها، والختمات، وأذكارك الخاصة، وترتيب الرئيسية، وإعدادات رمضان والرحلة.

3. العائلة والأصدقاء والتحديات (اختياري)

لو انضممت لمجموعة عائلية أو أضفت أصدقاء أو شاركت في تحدٍّ:

  • يرى أعضاء المجموعة وأصدقاؤك اسمك، وهل أتممت وردك اليوم.
  • التحديات العامة يراها المشاركون فيها.
  • يمكنك الإبلاغ عن مستخدم أو مجموعة أو تحدٍّ، ونراجع البلاغ.
  • لا توجد محادثات ولا رسائل بين المستخدمين.

4. الملاحظات

عند إرسال ملاحظة من داخل التطبيق نستلم: نص الملاحظة، ونوعها، وإصدار التطبيق، والنظام (Android أو iOS)، واللغة، وآخر سطور سجلّ التطبيق التقني لمساعدتنا في فهم المشكلة. تُربط الملاحظة بحسابك لنتمكن من الرد.

5. الإشعارات

لإرسال إشعارات العائلة والتحديات نحفظ رمز الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك (FCM) مع حسابك. تذكيرات الأوراد ومواقيت الصلاة تُجدول على جهازك.

6. التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال

نستخدم Firebase Analytics لمعرفة الشاشات والميزات المستخدمة بشكل عام، وFirebase Crashlytics لتقارير الأعطال (نوع الجهاز، والنظام، وتفاصيل العطل)، وتُربط تقارير الأعطال بمعرّف المستخدم لو كنت مسجّل الدخول. الهدف: تحسين التطبيق وإصلاح الأخطاء فقط، لا الإعلانات.

7. أين تُحفظ البيانات

على خوادم Google Firebase، وقد تكون خارج بلدك. البيانات مشفّرة أثناء النقل، وقواعد الأمان تحدد من يقرأ ويكتب كل جزء منها.

8. حذف الحساب والبيانات

  • من التطبيق: الملف الشخصي ← أسفل الصفحة ← «حذف الحساب». يُحذف الحساب وكل بياناته في السحابة.
  • الخطوات بالتفصيل: werd-app.web.app/delete-account
  • من غير التطبيق: راسلنا على البريد أدناه من بريد حسابك بعنوان «حذف الحساب»، ونحذفه خلال 30 يومًا.
  • البيانات على جهازك تُحذف بمسح بيانات التطبيق أو إزالته.

9. الأطفال

التطبيق مناسب لكل الأعمار، لكنه غير موجّه للأطفال تحت 13 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد. لو علمت أن طفلًا أنشأ حسابًا، راسلنا لحذفه.

Werd is an app for keeping your daily wird: wirds arranged around the prayers, khatmahs and adhkar. This page explains what the app collects, why, and how you control it.

In short

  • The app works without an account, and your data stays on your device.
  • If you sign in, your data is saved to your account to sync across devices.
  • No ads. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
  • Your location is used on your device only to calculate prayer times, and is never sent to us.
  • You can delete your account and all its data from inside the app at any time.

1. Data that stays on your device

  • Wirds and their logs, khatmahs, personal adhkar, Home layout and settings.
  • Your profile photo, if you choose one. It stays on the device and is never uploaded.
  • Your approximate location (if you allow it), stored on the device to calculate prayer times.

A backup is a file you export and keep or send wherever you like. We never receive it.

2. Account (optional)

When you sign in with Google (or Apple on iPhone), we receive your email address, name and a user ID, to create your account and sync your data.

With an account, these are stored in the cloud: wirds and their logs, khatmahs, personal adhkar, Home layout, and Ramadan and journey settings.

3. Family, friends and challenges (optional)

If you join a family group, add friends or take part in a challenge:

  • Group members and friends see your name and whether you finished today's wird.
  • Public challenges are visible to the people taking part.
  • You can report a user, group or challenge, and we review reports.
  • There is no chat and no messaging between users.

4. Feedback

When you send feedback from the app, we receive your message, its category, the app version, your platform (Android or iOS), your language, and the most recent lines of the app's technical log, to help us understand the problem. Feedback is linked to your account so we can reply.

5. Notifications

To send family and challenge notifications, we store your device's notification token (FCM) with your account. Wird reminders and prayer-time notifications are scheduled on your device.

6. Analytics and crash reports

We use Firebase Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which screens and features are used, and Firebase Crashlytics for crash reports (device model, OS version and crash details). Crash reports are linked to your user ID if you are signed in. This is used only to improve the app and fix bugs, never for advertising.

7. Where data is stored

On Google Firebase servers, which may be outside your country. Data is encrypted in transit, and security rules control who can read and write each part of it.

8. Deleting your account and data

  • In the app: Profile → bottom of the page → "Delete account". This deletes your account and all of its cloud data.
  • Step by step: werd-app.web.app/delete-account
  • Without the app: email us from your account's address with the subject "Delete account", and we will delete it within 30 days.
  • Data on your device is removed by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it.

9. Children

The app is suitable for all ages, but it is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you learn that a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
